SEMINARS
 
Seminars are presentational/motivational in style, and generally last about 4 hours, with a short break in the middle.  There is less group interaction and more of an educational focus.  Seminars can address any number of members.


WORKSHOPS

Workshops contain much more individual interaction and group involvement, and generally last about 4 hours with a short break in the middle.  Members are asked to wear comfortable, loosely fitting clothing so that they can participate more in the workshop.  This is NOT an aerobics class!  Involvement will be purely to make specific points, and is not designed as any kind of 'workout'.  Workshops are generally most effective when there are between 15-40 members in the group, so that individual questions can be addressed.

COMBINATION EVENT

This is a great, ALL DAY event!  The morning session, about 3 hours, is performed in Seminar fashion.  A short lunch break allows members to fill out self-evaluation forms in preparation for the afternoon session.  The afternoon session, about 3 hours, is the Workshop portion, where members can actually begin to focus on the areas in their life that they are finding 'out of balance.'  This is a wonderful LIVELY day filled with a great BALANCE of information and practical application.


PRICES

Seminars, Workshops, and Combination Events can be priced per event (for organizations sponsoring the events, or they can be priced on a per person basis (with a 15 person minimum).
